Sunday School

Sunday School will resume in the Fall

Join us on Sunday, September 11 for Rally Day as we kick off a new
   year of Christian Education!

About Our Sunday School Program

Sunday School is an hour and ten minutes of exploring and experiencing the love of our Lord. Energetic and enthusiastic teachers help us explore God’s word, “the Bible” with singing, scripture readings, crafts, and other exciting activities. During the year, we sing in church, present a Christmas pageant with a live nativity play, have special Advent and Lent events, and grow in our walk with our Lord and Savior.
  • Classes are open for 3 year olds through 12th grade.
  • Parents must register all students, either by filling out a form in the church narthex or by calling the church office at 651-227-5299.
  • All classes meet downstairs in the Assembly Hall at 10:50 a.m. promptly.

Last year’s theme for Sunday School was  “The Fruits of the Spirits”

“But the Spirit produces the fruits of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control”

Galatians 5:22-23

Mission Projects for the 2011 - 2012 Term

Students are also involved in mission projects. Our mission theme for next year is being developed, and will be posted here. The Bible verse for our mission work is:

“Whoever is kind to the needy honors God.”

Proverbs 14:31
Mission projects that we have worked in past years include collecting and filling boxes for Operation Christmas Child Shoebox, food drives, and packing meals with Feed My Starving Children, as well as other activities throughout the year.
